Additional cover options

For added peace of mind, your client can combine the following cover options to suit their circumstances:

Extended accidental damage
• Both Buildings and Contents can be extended to include accidental damage cover for accidental damage caused by the landlord or tenants
  

Legal expenses and rent guarantee
• Cover is provided for irrecoverable costs and fees to pursue or defend claims involving breach of tenancy agreement
• Covers your client for up to 12 months’ rent arrears until they get vacant possession
• After that, your client gets 50% of the rent for a further three months, or until the property is re-let (whichever happens first)
