Contents cover is only available if your client takes out our Buildings cover, unless their buildings insurance is tied to another insurer.
Cover is available for household goods, furniture, fixtures and fittings at the property for a minimum sum insured of £5,000 and a maximum of £35,000.
Excess- The first £100 of every claim or £250 in the event of escape of water
- Additional voluntary excesses – your client can reduce their Buildings and Contents premiums by agreeing to pay an amount additional to the standard excess
