Standard option
Provided the property has no more than 5 bedrooms, your client can choose from the following levels of cover depending on their situation:

First time buyer option – £25,000

Standard – £40,000, £50,000, £60,000 and £70,000

Select option
Our 'Select option' applies to homes not meeting the ‘Standard option’ criteria. It can cover properties having 6 to 9 bedrooms, or those where the standard cover options aren’t suitable.

• Maximum sum insured without referral is £80,000

Excess
Your client pays the first £100 of every claim (or £250 in the event of escape of water).
